Notice concerning the temporary halt to personal reception and the current procedure for the submission of personal inquiries

Considering the current epidemiological situation, as of September 10^th 2020, the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (hereinafter referred to as “The Authority”) shall, for an undetermined period, halt its following reception tasks:

• Granting access to files of any authority procedures for data protection.
• Submission of complaints considering unlawful processing of personal data or infringements to the right to access data related to public interest.
